How to make an order via Internet.
1. Choose a bouquet or flower arrangement.
2. Add product to the basket by clicking on "add to cart."
3. Then you can select others bouquet or flower arrangement and the same way add them to the basket. When all products are added, you need to go to your basket by clicking on "Show Cart".
4. There you can change the number of bouquets or flower arrangements, or even remove a certain product from the basket.
5. Then click on "Checkout". If you are already registered, then enter your username and password. If you are for the first time on our webpage, you need to register. Client information is strictly confidential and is cannot be given to any third party. The client has right to request the deletion of his data from the database of flowers.ee.
6. After registration, on the next page you can change the delivery address by clicking on "Shipping Address".
7. After clicking "Next" you can choose a delivery option: you will pick up the order yourself, or it should be delivered by courier (5, - Euro).
8. Then again click "Next" and now you can choose the payment method (using the SEB Bank or credit card Visa or Mastercard).
9. On the next page you can write in a comment space the exact time when the flowers should be delivered or write there the text for the card (if you want one). This text is the only information about he sender that the person will get, it means, that if there will be no card, than we consider, that the sender prefers to remain anonymous.
10. "Confirm order." After confirming you will receive notification on your e-mail.
11. Then you have to pay for the order. Click on "Pay now", because your order will be confirmed only after the payment. If you have chosen to pay by creditcard, than You will be redirected to the Banks Card System. You will have to fill in Your credit card number, secure code (3 numbers on the back side of the card) and expiration date of Your card. After clicking the "confirm" button Banks Card System will authorize Your payment. Payment with a credit card is very simple and highly secure. Connection between Banks Card System and flowers.ee is secured with a SSL protocol, which gives a confidentiality of the filled data. Order information transferred from our online shop to Banks Card System contains digital signatures. We do not receive any information about Your credit card number, secure code and expiration dates. We see only payment confirmation.

If you want the order to be with delivery in Tallinn, which costs 5 Euro, than this sum should be added to the sum of the order. In the explanation line you should specify: Recipient's name, address, time of delivery and phone number.

Payment can be made in cash at our office at the address: Kadaka tee 50 (box number 17) on workingdays from 8:00 to 18:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 16:00. All of our data and map you can find under the heading "Contact". Order must be paid 3 hours before the order fulfullment!

Payment by bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, if you want the order to be done in 3 hours, you will need to send us the payment confirmation on our e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
